CIVIL SOCIETY OVERSIGHT & CONSTITUTIONAL TRANSPARENCY

Scrutiny where others look away.

For public integrity, transparent decisions, and the defense of the common good. We investigate questionable practices across politics and administration – independent, evidence-based, and uncompromising.

Not Everything That Is Legal Is Acceptable

The Primacy of Legitimacy Over Mere Formality

Democratic institutions rely on public trust in the integrity, impartiality, and objectivity of state action. Where this trust is undermined by patronage, clandestine influence, or misappropriated administrative discretion, our work begins. For us, scrutiny does not conclude with the absence of a criminal conviction.

The Three Pillars of Our Investigative Framework

We combine the Austrian Freedom of Information Act (IFG) with forensic data science:

PillarMethodological CoreInvestigative Objective
1. Expanded Corruption ConceptEncompassing criminal, structural, and institutional grey zones.Closing the "lawful, yet illegitimate" loophole.
2. Evidence-Based Primary ResearchSystematic verification of official records, administrative files, and contracts.Reliable evidentiary rigor over speculation.
3. Forensic Motive AnalysisSystematically answering the core question: Cui bono? (Who benefits?).Illuminating informal power networks and financial asymmetries.

Civic Responsibility Over Silent Resignation

A clear stand for transparency against covert influence

Democracy erodes when citizens resign themselves to complacency and questionable practices become the accepted norm. We will not surrender our public institutions to self-serving cliques or opaque power networks. Armed with the Freedom of Information Act, we counter administrative decay with rigorous, factual investigative oversight.
